Boruto Uzumaki and his father Naruto

This shows Naruto felt guilty for not being there for Boruto and Himawari. Because he let himself get indulged in work all the time Boruto felt like he didn't deserve his father's love and he felt like he had to cheat and do whatever it took to get his attention and Boruto got hurt because of it, and Naruto realized he made his son feel unloved and unwanted like he was when he was a kid and an outcast, and Boruto has a dad but Naruto was not there.

Naruto:...I'm sorry Noruto, for being a horrible father to you and your sister....and a terrible husband to your mother. I may be Hokage but I also have a family who needed me and because I wasn't there you all suffered for it, and you felt like you had to cheat to get my attention, that proves that I failed you, you were selling yourself short because I made you feel worthless, I made you feel unloved like I was when I was young without parents...forgive me.
